HOW TO MAKE THE BEST
BRAZILIAN CAIPIRINHAS







INGREDIENTS:
- Cachaça "Brazilian Run"Leblon Cachaça is very good

- 1 soft big lime

- 2 tablespoon of super fine sugar

- Ice - crushed is better

- muddler

- shaker

- rocks glass


How to make

Cut the lime lengthwise in half, make sure to cut out the middle white part of the lime, if you don't, It'll taste bitter.

- Slice 1 half into 4 wedges and place into

your rocks glass

- Pour 2 tablespoons of superfine sugar

over the lime wedges

- Take your muddler and mash lime and sugar well

- Fill the rest of your rocks glass with ice, I prefer crushed ice, it taste so much better!

- Pour 2 onces of Cachaça "brazilian run" over the ice

- Cover the rocks glass with the shaker and shake for 10 seconds

- Pour the caipirinha back into the rocks glass, garnish with lime wheel and serve.

If you think Cachaça is too strong for you, make with Vodka"Caipiroska" instead, it's also very famous in Brazil and taste amazing, my favorite!

You can also change the lime for any kind of fruits like:
Acerola"Barbados Cherry", Pineapple , Banana, Cashew, Lychee, Jaboticaba, Starfruit, Tahiti Lime, Kiwi ,Persian Lime, Strawberry Mango, Passion Fruit, Watermelon,
Tangerine, Green Grapes, Ruby Grape, Sicillian Lime.

EXOTIC CAIPIRINHAS














CARIOQUINHA: 2 spoons of passion fruit pulp,1 / 2 orange, 1 spoon of grated ginger, 1 Sugar spoon, ice, cachaça.

INDOCHINA :1/2 pitaya pulp "Dragon Fruit", 5 basil leaves, 1
Sugar spoon,
1/2 lime juice,ice,
60 ml of sake.
LEMON AND SPICES: 1 lime, 2 grated ginger spoon, 2 sugar spoons, ice, 60 ml of cachaça, 6 cloves to decorate.





INDIANA: 3 mango cubes, 3 tamarind slices, 2 sugar spoons, ice, 60 ml of cachaça.
MEDITERRANEAN: 1/2 pomegranate pulp ,1 / 2 lemon, 2 Sugar spoons, ice, 60 ml of vodka.
RED MOMBIN AND MANDARIN: 12 red mombins,1 /2 mandarin, 2 sugar spoons, ice, 60 ml of cachaça
THREE LIMES: 1 / 2 Tahiti lime, 1 / 2 cove lime, 1 / 2 Sicilian Lime, 2 sugar spoons , ice, 60ml of cachaça.
JABOTICABA: 12 jaboticabas, 2 sugar spoons, ice, 60 ml of vodka.
STARFRUIT AND BASIL: 1 starfruit, 8 basil leaves, 1 sugar spoon, ice, 60 ml of vodka.








PITANGA MENTHOL: 8 pitangas "Surinam cherries", 2 mint leaves, 2 sugar spoons,
60ml of cachaça
CAPRI ISLAND: 3 cashews slices, 8 niagara grapes, 3 cubes of pineapple , raspberry, syrup, ice, 40 ml of cachaça
ARRETADINHA: 1 /2 cashews, 1/2 cove lime, 2 spoons of honey, 60ml of cachaça
STRAWBERRY AND LYCHEE: 6 strawberries, 6 lychees in syrup, 1 sugar tsp, ice,60ml Absolut Vodka Ruby Red, pink peppercorns to garnish.
